In Digital China's view, enterprise-level AI should be a capability system that can grow continuously. The "model application development platform" is the technical foundation of this capability system, reserving sufficient space for continuous expansion of upper-layer applications.
AI Capability Entering Business Deep Water Zone, Birth of Voyah AI Assistant
Based on Smart Vision, combined with business scenario understanding of Voyah Automobile, Voyah Automobile and Digital China jointly proposed a collaborative innovation model of "technology platform + scenario application," creating an AI product "Voyah One-stop Intelligent Office Assistant" combining flexibility and scenario. Unlike scattered functional plugins, "Voyah AI Assistant" is designed as a unified AI entrance for employees, unfolding around real, high-frequency office and business scenarios.
At the administrative office level, processes such as meetings and leave are redefined. Voyah employees only need natural language to complete meeting initiation, time coordination, meeting room recommendation, and cross-system schedule synchronization; leave applications, leave balance queries, and approval progress tracking are also integrated into a unified interactive experience. Processes that originally required multiple clicks and repeated confirmations are compressed into a single conversation.
At the system and process level, "Voyah AI Assistant" becomes the "intelligent navigation hub" of internal enterprise systems. Employees no longer need to remember system addresses or complex paths. Just asking questions, the intelligent agent can give clear operational guidelines and jump directly to corresponding system pages, significantly reducing learning costs and operational time for Voyah employees using enterprise systems.
More valuable changes are reflected in activation of enterprise knowledge. By building a multi-level knowledge system covering company regulations, business norms, R&D materials, financial and legal documents, "Voyah AI Assistant" can quickly locate effective information from massive documents based on retrieval-augmented generation technology and feed it back to employees in a clear, traceable manner. Besides general office scenarios, both parties also developed a series of vertical business intelligent agents around Voyah Automobile's specific business needs. In financial and administrative scenarios, bill and PDF recognition capabilities can automatically extract key information, generating structured data, significantly reducing manual entry workload; in R&D and production scenarios, intelligent problem assistants can recall and analyze physical failure problems and Jira tickets, helping business personnel quickly locate root causes of problems and precipitate solution experience into reusable knowledge assets.

With continuous landing of the project, Voyah Automobile felt changes in multiple dimensions. Administrative office and business processing efficiency significantly improved, knowledge query changed from "digging materials, asking colleagues" to second-level response, and the cycle for new employees to become familiar with business was also significantly shortened.
More importantly, all capabilities are deployed within existing enterprise systems and security systems, achieving unification of data consistency and information security, avoiding new problems of "system fragmentation."
